The team convenes at a fabulous location twice a year to meet, brainstorm, work, and play. Past summits have been in Chicago, Miami, Austin, Quebec City, and the Bay Area. We're all excited to next meet in Scottsdale in April, 2023.

It should come as little surprise that a team that thrives at building solutions for hitherto unsolved problems also adores games and challenging puzzles. We frequently get together for virtual game and trivia nights.

We believe that professional affiliations and certifications are essential to professional growth and doing our best work. We offer you flexibility to study, take exams, and attend meetings.

Our Friday virtual book club is a tradition at Omega Point to let off steam and learn something new. Our tastes vary, reflect our team's diverse interests, and we love a good debate. Cocktails optional.

We support GivingTuesday and match any donations you make. We also provide quarterly time-off for team members to volunteer on projects near and dear to them.

Lunch & Learns are a cross-team tradition at Omega Point. The team nominates and votes on topics and areas of interest that we'd like to learn more about.
